We offer service on scales from 10 grams to 120,000 lb.

BRANDS
We can repair and calibrate over 35 major brands
of scales & force measurement equipment.
CALIBRATION
All equipment is tested and calibrated with ASTM Class
F, ASTM Class 1, and ASTM Class 2 Precision Test Weights that
are NIST traceable.
DOCUMENTATION
All scales will have a calibration label with the
date, technician, and next calibration due date. Calibration certificates
upon request.
RESPONSE
We respond to your calls either the same day or within
24 hours.
PARTS
We offer new and reconditioned parts, with a 10% discount
if you have a service contract with us.
TRAINING
All of our technicians are trained, either by the factory
or our ongoing in-house training program.
RENTALS
Rental scale are available at rates up to 75% off our
normal rates if you have a service contract with us.
LOANERS
Free loaners are available for scales that are under warranty
that cannot be repaired on site. This includes only scales purchased
from the Scale People, Inc.
